六百億,點解倒落西九黑洞?

起高鐵,必須做到全民受惠!

政府一意孤行要用650億元,興建全世界最昂貴的高速鐵路,但其實「新高鐵專家組」已經設計出一個更平、更快、更好的「貫通南北方案」,造價只須一半。

慳番三百億元,可以做晒呢啲野:

用100億元恢復興建居屋,為八萬個夾心階層家庭提供希望。

用60億元更換二千部天天大噴廢氣的舊巴士,改善空氣汚染及降低巴士車費。

用9億元馬上在中學分階段實施小班教學。

用4億元幫助副學士學生,將大學入學率從18%提升至20%。

用24億元做晒社聯建議的十項減貧措施,幫助老人家、殘疾人士、貧窮兒童、創造一萬個職位,17,000個培訓額,並使12萬家庭受恵。

      Project 細左. cap 水自然小.

      應該將總站建於南呀島. 造價2000億. 利益輸送就更容易,.

    Concerning conflict between government and the Choi Yuen villagers and the extremely high construction cost, I urge our government to consider alternative plans, and the proposition raised here is one of the good examples.

    I strongly oppose our government’s original proposal to build the termination station of the new high speed cross border rail in West Kowloon and that I support the proposition to build it in Kam Tin, to save cost as well as to bring about more convenience to most people other than those who live in or close to west Kowloon.

    No doubt the government funding comes from the people in Hong Kong, not the Chief Excutive Officer nor various government oficials. I urge them to take good care of our views and to make a good decision in spending our money, i.e. make a good choice to save cost and benefit to more citizens, relatively!

    I am in support of constructing the Express Rail Link (ERL) but the Government Option is certainly NOT the best option for the continued development of Hong Kong as a whole. The Government should examine the mertis of Alternative Intergrated Option by ending the ERL ending at Kam Tin.

    I know why government perfer higher cost on the new railway project. It is because the bigger of the project could let the government transfer more of the benefit to the noble.

    HK Government good job!!! Please ask the taxpayer pay more for establish the superior relationship between you and big corp.

    This proposal seems more fair and cost-effective as
    1. Better utilize the “Under-Used” airport railway
    2. Enable more resident, especially new territory to take a ride on it.
    3. With a quick lane (Airport Railway) from existing Kowloon Station and Hong Kong Station, the people live there actually won’t spend more time for this new proposal.
    4. Less under-ground construction work that may affects people, less money waste
    5. More direct connection from Airport and the Express Railway station in Kam Tin
    6. Can enable more development chance for area near Kam Tin.
    7. Can free more precious land for west kowloon area.

    Hope the government not that stuborn to adapt new mind at this stage.
